Nanja Strecker
Nanja was responsible for founding Innovation Cells in 2007
Prior to this, she worked for nine years, first at The Monitor Group, a strategy consulting firm, and then at Doblin, an innovation consultancy. There she focused on innovation management assignments like reviewing innovation strategies and portfolios, designing new ideation and innovation processes and developing ideas into concepts and business cases.
Nanja has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (Germany) and a PhD in Innovation Management.
At Innovation Cells, Nanja is responsible for Innovation Process Optimization, Innovation Coaching and Ideation. In addition to her work at Innovation Cells, she teaches university courses in innovation.
Nanja speaks German, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
